Shipping
Every Knitt Nook piece is handmade to order in El Paso, Texas. We ship within the United States only at this time.
Processing time: Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Shipping time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping cost: A flat rate of $8.99 applies to all orders. Orders of $50 or more ship free.
Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer than standard items. We'll give you a timeline when you place your order.
Returns & Refunds
Because each piece is handmade with care, we have a simple return policy designed to be fair to both of us.
Return window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with any original tags or packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-returnable: Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we'll make it right.
Damaged on arrival: Please message us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package as lost, reach out and we'll file a claim with the carrier and either re-make your order or refund you in full.
Marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it still can't be found within 3 days, let us know and we'll help you file a claim.
Cancellations & Changes
Plans change — we get it. Here's how we handle it:
Standard orders: You may cancel or modify your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item hasn't shipped.
Custom orders: Because we begin sourcing yarn and preparing your piece right away, custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. After that, materials have been purchased and work has begun.

Custom Orders
Got something special in mind? We love custom work. Send us a photo of what you'd like and any size or color details, and we'll give you a quote and timeline.
Quote: Custom order quotes are free and come with no obligation.
Deposit: Most custom orders require a 50% deposit before work begins.
Timeline: Typical turnaround for custom pieces is 2–4 weeks depending on size and complexity.
Revisions: We'll share progress photos partway through and make small adjustments if needed.
